The Need:
Keep Nebraska Beautiful (KNB), a statewide nonprofit focused on environmental education and community beautification, was long overdue for a digital upgrade. Their existing site was outdated, visually disconnected from the organization’s vibrant community mission, and difficult for internal staff to manage.

It also lacked mobile responsiveness, clear program visibility, and easy paths for donors, volunteers, and educators to take action. As grant expectations and public engagement needs grew, so did the urgency for a more strategic, accessible platform that could power KNB’s outreach, events, and donation activity year-round.

The Solution:
MMG rebuilt the site from the ground up using our MonsterWP platform. We created a bright, responsive design aligned with KNB’s brand colors, environmental mission, and community-focused messaging. The new structure featured clearly defined calls-to-action across three key audiences: volunteers, schools, and donors.

We developed sections for recycling programs, affiliate chapters, classroom toolkits, and annual event promotions—each with editable templates the KNB team could easily update. A news hub and blog section was added for ongoing community updates and partnership highlights.

To support growth in donations and grant reporting, we implemented structured analytics, streamlined donation forms, and mobile-first UX improvements. The MonsterWP platform also includes performance monitoring, automated backups, and security hardening—all managed under MMG’s care.

The Result:
Keep Nebraska Beautiful now has a web presence that matches the energy and professionalism of its mission. The new platform has improved mobile usability, increased donations, and made it easier for visitors to get involved in local programs or find recycling resources.

Staff can now make updates in-house—publishing events, uploading education materials, and promoting partnerships without needing outside developers. The site serves as both a resource hub and a marketing engine, helping KNB strengthen its statewide impact and community visibility.
